Public register of buildings in a common property regime

The municipal/district administration creates and maintains a public register for the buildings in a common property regime. All buildings or separate entrances in a common property regime, located on the territory of the municipality, are subject to entry into the register. This register will contain data for the building, the form of common property management, the managing organ, etc. When data and circumstances, which has already been entered into register, is changed within 14 days of their entry, new forms under Article 5 must be submitted to the Municipal Administration (Regulation 3 of June 17, 2009, for the creation and maintenance of a public register for buildings in a common property regime).
