Doorkeeping

Selection and appointment of doorkeepers for hourly or round-the-clock face control of common areas;
Video monitoring;
Controlling on the adherence to In-house rules for the building and registration/reporting of breaches;
Alerting of and cooperation with the respective bodies: Police, Fire brigade, and providers of communal services;
Receiving of postal deliveries for the owners when absent;
Delivery and installation of doorkeeper’s booth (if necessary).
