Planex Invest Ltd is an investment and consulting firm, which specializes in the exploitation, facility and property management of urban and vacation complexes, and business buildings. The firm was founded in 2004, and is part of the Planex Holding.
Planex Invest Ltd is engaged in the following activities:
- Exploitation and maintenance of real estates, building maintenance– organization of the entire maintenance of the common parts, security, cleaning, management of the common property, etc.;
- Property management with the aim of achieving the greatest returns and revenue from the real estate
- Investment consulting – consulting with regards to every aspect of the investment in the market of residential and business areas and hotels in the entire country.
- Real estate sales – consulting and organization of sales in real estates;
- Interior design and finishing works – drafting interior-design projects, consulting with the selection of materials, coordination of the finishing works.
Planex Invest Ltd is staffed by 150 people – engineers, economists, specialists, administrative and technical personnel.
Planex Invest Ltd is certified to ISO 9001:2000 of the Germanischer Lloyd Certification, certificate number QS-4104HH.
The firm has offices in Varna, Sofia, and Burgas.
